Allan Ricketts, Sr. has provided quality homes in the Jacksonville, Florida area for over 32 years and has expanded operations to the entire East Coast of Florida from Jacksonville to West Palm Beach. Due to hurricane damage and strong growth, Jensen Beach is now the center of operation for Allan Ricketts Homes. Allan enjoys building all styles of houses with the Key West, Contemporary, and Victorian styles as some of his personal favorites.

Due to the impact of hurricanes on Florida, Allan has been concentrating on poured insulated concrete form houses due to their extreme durability, insulation values over R-50, and ability to withstand (200+) mile an hour winds. For the slight increase in price of approximately 2%, the long term advantages such as reduction in heating and cooling costs and maintenance costs more than outweigh the slight increase in initial construction costs.

Allan, Jr., known as AJ, joined his father's team over three years ago and has been a valuable addition to the team. Together the father/son team compliment their skills and experience to provide state of the art building practices to ensure their homes are built tough and will withstand the elements of time.
